Service Description

Connecting community from anywhere to join together on the mat, spend some time with self on the mat, and then 30 minutes to connect with fellow practitioners after savasana. I've been eager to offer a class for my community far and wide, but I find that online yoga can be lonely at times, so please join after class for an opportunity to connect and reflect in commUNITY. ❤️ See you there!
