Service Description

You will already receive valuable growth coaching in this get to know you session, free of charge! We'll use this time to align on what you're looking for in a coach and my thoughts on a game plan for your specific needs. I think its important to fully understand your reason for seeking coaching before jumping into anything. I also want to make sure you are clear on what I am able to offer and what is not my job. While there's always room for a little releasing in these sessions, we focus on forward motion and present processing of the past in order to move forward with more freedom and momentum without heavy beliefs and emotions weighing you down. Be prepared for some facilitation to keep us on track and our conversations productive. I'm SO excited to see what's possible for you!
